The Salsa Grill will be closed from August 16 – 30 in order to remodel the restaurant’s kitchen, including new flooring and other improvements to keep the kitchen up-to-date.
Chef Marco Zapien and staff apologize for the inconvenience, but look forward to seeing everyone back on August 31. If the remodel is completed faster than expected, the restaurant may re-open sooner.
If you are a member of Club 99, your membership benefits will be extended through October 6 to make up for the time the restaurant is closed.
During the closure, patrons can still reserve their cases of roasted Melissa’s Hatch Chiles for pick-up during this year’s Hatch Chile Roast on Saturday, Sept. 4 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Cases can be reserved online now.
Anyone interested in purchasing gift cards or requesting a quote for future catering can do so as well during the temporary remodeling closure.
