Chef MZ’s Annual Hatch Chile Cooking Demo will take place in a virtual setting this year! But don’t worry, there’s still an exciting menu and options for all to participate.

*Premium Virtual Cooking Demo Package – $99
- Includes – Recipes and Ingredients prepped and boxed for you and your guests to cook along w/ chef Marco at home
- Also included is a quart each of rice and beans to make your entrée complete
- All Recipes are packaged to serve up to four guests
- Plus each registrant gets a $25 Salsa Grill gift card
*Ingredients Box for Additional Four Guests – $50
If you are expecting extra guests to enjoy the demo, an additional ingredients box for four is available
Virtual Log in Access with Emailed Recipes – $65
If you would like to access the demo without ingredients, or if you would like to purchase your own, you will receive emailed recipes to follow along. Plus, every registrant gets a $25 Salsa Grill gift card.
**Ingredient boxes will be available for pickup on Tues., 8/25 from 12pm – 6pm and Wed., 8/26 (day of event) from 10am-3pm
