Once a year, Zapien’s Salsa Grill hosts a series of Hatch Chile-themed events to celebrate the New Mexican spicy, yet savory pepper, including a Hatch Chile Roast.
This year’s roast will again allow patrons to pick-up roasted Melissa’s Hatch Chiles by the case and by the preferred level of spice, from mild to very hot, however things will be a bit different.
We will not be taking reservation times for pickup of chiles this year. When you are ready for pickup just enter the drive thru and we will have your chiles ready to go. Download our FULL INSTRUCTIONS & MAP.
If you are dining in the restaurant and plan to pick up chilies, there is no need to go through the chile line first. Enjoy your breakfast or lunch then drive thru the pick up line afterwards.
Come by and enjoy the fun as we turn on the roasters for a fun day of celebrating on Saturday, August 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
