The Salsa Grill
Once a year, Zapien’s Salsa Grill hosts a series of Hatch Chile-themed events to celebrate the New Mexican spicy, yet savory pepper, including a Hatch Chile Roast.
Along with Chef Marco Zapien’s Hatch Chile Cooking Demonstration, the restaurant’s Hatch Chile Roast allows patrons to pick-up roasted Hatch Chiles by the case and by the preferred level of spice, from mild to hot.
Come by and enjoy the fun as we turn on the roasters for a fun day of celebrating.
25-pound cases are $40 each.
