The Salsa Grill
Once a year, Zapien’s Salsa Grill hosts a series of Hatch Chile-themed events to celebrate the New Mexican spicy, yet savory pepper.
Along with Chef Marco Zapien’s Hatch Chile Cooking Demonstration, the restaurant hosts a Hatch Chile Roast where cases of roasted Hatch Chiles can be picked up by the case and by the level of spicy from mild to hot.
Come by and enjoy the fun as we turn on the roasters for a fun day of celebrating.
All cases are $40 each and will need to be paid in full upon pick-up.
